It's hard to believe it is almost 2019! I wanted to share a list of 15 songs that are either about new years or new beginnings that may be useful for music therapists to add to their repertoire during the holiday season. I hope you find some of these applicable to a variety of populations you are working with.
On another note, while you do some of your own reflection as the new year rolls around - you may want to use music to help guide or support you. As I do my own journaling, I find myself listening to a lot of Enya! What are you listening to or playing to support your end of the year reflection?
