10 Rainy Days Songs to Add to Your Music Therapy Repertoire

It looks like it might be a rainy couple of weeks here in Toronto, Ontario. Rain can take on a quite a few meanings for our clients. For children, it may mean the pure joy of catching raindrops in a bucket or splashing in puddles, for older adults living in senior care, it may mean they don't get the chance to get out for fresh air on the very rainy days. For others it may take on symbolic meanings such as rebirth, the washing away of the old, better things to come, or it may feel like a reflection of one's inner world.

We hope you enjoy these 10 rainy day songs to add to your music therapy repertoire!
