Join Jacob De Rose each week for 1 hour and experience the power of music and mindfullness.

The music-based tools  that you will learn and practice in this 8-week progam will help you manage stress and improve your mood! These are tools that can be taken with you throughout your life and applied for daily mindfulness practice.
