Ninat Friedland
Art Therapist
Ninat is a mother of two, art therapist, and registered psychotherapist, with over ten years of clinical experience in private and community settings. Ninat is a graduate of Concordia University, where she received her Master of Arts in Creative Arts Therapies (2011) after having completed a Bachelor of Fine Arts. Ninat works with individuals and families of all ages and abilities and specializes in women’s health and relationships. She has additional training in mindfulness, narrative therapy, and cognitive behaviour therapy. Ninat works from an eclectic, collaborative, person-centred and strengths-based approach, and she is passionate about supporting self-exploration and wellness through creativity. She is a firm believer in the power or art to build community and foster connection.
